Section 132-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- The Juris­diction Committee of the Joint Commission is fulfilling a re­quire­ment set forth by the Leg­islature to develop a consis­tent plan for certificate pro­grams.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2B-2(b).

1.3. Filing Date. -- Sep­tember 7, 1995.

1.4. Effective Date -- Oc­tober 9, 1995.
