Section 130-6-10 - Election Of Officers; Vacancies

10.1. There shall be a chairman, a vice-chairman, and a secretary-treasurer elected by the whole Committees to serve one-year terms and be eligible for reelection to succeed themselves.

10.2. Elections shall be held the first meeting of the calendar year.

10.3. All officers shall be members of the board of directors. The manager of the local Vocational Rehabilitation office or their representative shall serve as a non-voting member.

10.4. A vacancy shall occur due to death; resignation; failure to attend three (3) consecutive meetings; or removal by the board of directors for misconduct, incompetence, or deemed in the best interest of the organization.
