Section 130-4-6 - Responsibility To Inform All Applicants Of Their Right To Appeal
6.1. During the initial application interview, the Division through its duly authorized representative, such as a Rehabilitation Counselor, District Supervisor, or the Division employee responsible for the Attendant Care Program, shall inform all applicants of their right to appeal a decision of the Division.
