Section 13-2-9 - Submission of Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law9.1. Any party may submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law at a time and manner designated by the Board.9.2. If the hearing is conducted by an administrative law judge, the administrative law judge shall prepare a proposed written order at the conclusion of a hearing containing findings of fact and conclusions of law. The proposed order may contain proposed disciplinary actions if the board so directs. The board may accept, reject or modify the decision of the administrative law judge.9.3. If, after a hearing, the board determines the licensee or permittee has violated any provision of W. Va. Code § 30-28-1 or the board's rules, a formal written decision shall be prepared which contains findings of fact, conclusions of law and a specific description of the disciplinary actions imposed.
