Section 127-1-7 - Meetings7.1. The annual meeting of the WVSSAC shall be planned by the Executive Director and the Board of Directors of the Commission.7.2. Special meetings may be called by order of the president of the Commission. Fifty principals constitute a quorum to transact business.
