Section 126-186-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This interpretative rule establishes the guidelines for an articulation agreement between vocational-technical centers and community colleges, community college components and two (2) year branch colleges in West Virginia.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2B-2.

1.3. Filing Date. -- October 15, 1986.

1.4. Effective Date. -- December 14, 1986.
