Section 126-148-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule specifies that field experience associated with educational personnel preparation programs are the joint responsibility of the institution of higher and the local education agency.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2-6.

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 27, 1982.

1.4. Effective Date. -- February 2, 1983.
