Section 126-140-1 - General

1.1. Scope, - These interpretive rules provide definitions for the levels, of salary classification accredited institutions and. graduate credit, and identify the procedures for dating of salary classifications. The policy was recently amended to expand the definition of the BA + 1.5 classification.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 18A-4-1

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 1,1987

1.4. Effective Date. --June 1,1987

1.5. Amendment to Rule. -- This amendment incorporates the regulation for undergraduate credit for advanced salary.
