2.1. Copy of rules and regulations attached. Copies may be obtained in the Office of the Secretary of State and in the West Virginia Department of Education; Bureau of General, Special, and Professional Education.

2.2. Summary of rules and regulations below. Summary of rules and regulations.

Rules and regulations contain: eligibility to take the exam, issuance of additional endorsements, minimum scores for licensure and regulations for securing a certificate. Issuance of endorsements through the National Teacher Examination to individuals who do not already hold valid teaching certificates was discontinued effective August, 1982 since the National Teacher Examination was reconstituted as a new-test. Notification to counties is attached.
