Section 126-114-20 - Federal Monitoring

20.1. Federal legislation requires the WVDE to conduct institutional monitoring following federally established guidelines. Federal monitoring requirements will be implemented pursuant to the procedures set forth in this policy whenever possible.

20.2. Annual reporting of active programs that lead to licensure will be submitted to the WVDE for federal reporting and national accreditation verification.
