Section 126-85-40 - Allocation of Donated Foods

40.1. Criteria that may be used in determining the quantity of USDA donated foods to be allocated to each school are as follows: the number of lunches served, past rate of utilization of the food, amount on hand from previous allocations, relative economic need, and/or availability of proper storage facilities.
