Section 126-85-38 - Licensing

38.1. After-School care snack programs do not need to be licensed in order to participate unless there is a state or local requirement for licensing. If there is no state or local licensing, after-school snack programs must:

38.1.1. meet state or local health standards;

38.1.2. meet state or local safety standards;
