Section 126-85-126 - Meals for Field Trips126.1. Breakfast and/or lunch meals may be provided and claimed at the eligible rates of reimbursement for students participating in field trips and other off-site functions. The following conditions must be met: the off-site function is an official school-sponsored one, proper measures are taken to ensure food safety and sanitation as required by West Virginia Code § 64-17-1, the meals served meet USDA meal pattern requirements and accurate records by category and count are maintained.
