Section 126-85-120 - Sale of Foods and Beverages120.1. Food or beverage items sold or served during the school day must meet the requirements of Standards for School Nutrition, Policy 4321.1, § 126-86. 120.2. Milk and bottled water may be sold to a student at anytime during the meal period. Proceeds from milk, bottled water or milkshakes sold in the lunchroom at the time of meal service must be deposited to the child nutrition account. W. Va. Code R. § 126-85-120
