Section 126-83-4 - Standards All Personal Protective4.1. Equipment and devices shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements under Section 6 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and specifically Subpart 1 of 29-CFR1910 and the appropriate standards published by the American National Standards Institute and the National Fire Prevention Association and incorporated by reference under Section 6 of the Act (OSHA) shall govern the selection, maintenance and use of this equipment.W.
