Section 126-83-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- Established February 1, 1974, which states that appropriate trial quality body shield safety devices shall be worn by every parent, teacher or other persons in educational programs operated in West Virginia.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2B-2.

1.3. Filing Date. -- September 10, 1974.

1.4. Effective Date. -- November 9, 1974.
