Section 126-49-3 - Requirements

3.1. Counties may use the plan in Appendix A or they may develop and use their own Four-Year Education Plan which contains these components:

3.1.1. List of courses per grade level including credits.

3.1.2. Career plans and educational goals.

3.1.3. Extracurricular activities.

3.1.4. Personal identification information.

3.1.5. Assessment scores (if available) including ACT and/or SAT.

3.1.6. Signature of parent/guardian.

3.2. The Four-Year Education Plan will be jointly developed by the parents, teacher/advisor/counselor, and student to provide guidelines and short- and long-term goals.
