Section 126-49-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These rules require the development of a Four-Year Education Plan created cooperatively by parents, school personnel, and the student for all eighth grade students. This policy is to be effective for eighth grade students that will be entering the ninth grade in the 1990-91 school year.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2-5.

1.3. Filing Date. -- January 30, 1991.

1.4. Effective Date. -- March 12, 1991.
