Section 126-44E-4 - Summary of the Content Standards

4.1. The WVBEis responsible for establishing high quality standards pertaining to all education programs (W. Va. Code § 18-2-5). The content standards provide a focus for teachers to teach and students to learn those skills and competencies essential for future success in the workplace and further education. The document includes content standards for wellness education and an explanation of terms.
