Section 126-35-9 - West Virginia Instructional Resources Review Committee (IRRC) Requirements9.1. If a vendor wishes to have a review completed by the State IRRC, the correlation documents, along with samples of the instructional resources and access to all online resources, must be received by the IRRC prior to December 1 of the adoption year. These documents shall be used during the review of the instructional resources. Failing to submit required documentation within the timeline could result in an incomplete review of the product.9.2.
