Section 126-33-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule by the State Board of Education approved two modifications in the regulations pertaining to the adoption of textbooks.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2A-1.

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 27, 1982.

1.4. Effective Date. -- February 27, 1983.
