Dear Mr. Hechler:
West Virginia Board of Education Regulation Series Number 13B (Policy 2321) Indicators of Attainment for Standards for Educational Quality is being rescinded as a separate regulation policy because West Virginia Code §18-2E-S requires only one classification system and that classification is included as part of Regulation Series Number 13 (Policy 2320) Performance Based Accreditation. Three copies of this policy are attached.
