Section 126-13B-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- Policy §2321 measures a school systems compliance/noncompliance with standards in §2320. The twelve (12) standards and components (1.1, 1.2, 2.1, etc.) are provided below along with the respective indicators of attainment (1.1a, 1.2a. 2.1a, etc.).

Indicators of attainment are based on law or the policies of the West Virginia Board of Education. As law or policies changes, the indicators will be updated to reflect such changes.

1.2. Authority.--W.Va. Code § 18-9A-22

1.3. Filing Date. --May 1,1987

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1,1987
