Section 126-5-10 - W. Va. Code '18A-3-2c. Training Through the Principals Academy

10.1. The rules specifying the minimum qualities, proficiencies and skills that will be required of principals after January 1, 1997, are being developed by the State Board in consultation with the principals standards advisory council created by W. Va. Code '18A-3-2c(d).

10.2. Responsibility for the operation of the principals academy rests with the center for professional development. (W. Va. Code '18A-3A-2b.)

10.3. The system to track the progress of each person required to complete training through the principals academy is being developed by the Department of Education in consultation with the principals standards advisory council and will be presented to the State Board early in 1997.
