Section 120-1-74 - Motions when Less than Seven Members Present74.1. Notwithstanding Rule 72, when less than seven members of the committee are in attendance at a meeting and an Agenda item fails to receive at least five affirmative or negative votes, the Agenda item shall, upon request of any committee member in attendance at the meeting, be placed by the secretary on the Agenda for the next committee meeting, and continued thereafter upon the Agenda for subsequent meetings until it shall receive five affirmative or negative votes.74.2.
