Section 120-1-7 - Conflicts of Interest7.1. A member of the committee may not decide, evaluate or vote on the award of a grant, or on whether to approve or not approve creation of a downtown redevelopment district, when the member has a conflict of interest.7.2. A member who believes that he or she has a conflict of interest shall request in open meeting a ruling from the presiding officer after having fully disclosed the extent of his or her interest in the economic development project, capital improvement project, infrastructure development project or downtown redevelopment district.7.3. The ruling of the presiding officer may be reversed by majority vote of the committee.
