Section 12-01-2 - Application and Enforcement

This rule shall apply to the council and any and all individuals desiring to attend or to address the West Virginia nursing home licensing advisory council. The enforcement of this rule shall be vested with the secretary of the West Virginia nursing home licensing advisory council.
