Section 114A-1-6 - Vendors
6.1. The Secretary may enter into an agreement(s) with one or more data processors. The agreement shall provide that the third-party designee shall be strictly prohibited from collecting, releasing, or using data or information obtained in its capacity as a collector and processor of the data for any purposes other than those specifically authorized by the agreement.
