Section 114-77-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes guidelines and procedures under which title insurance companies shall submit rate filings.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 33-2-10 and 33-20-3(e)(2)(B) (2006).

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 6, 2007.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 6, 2007.
