Section 114-46-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule applies to all persons or entities which are licensed or which may be required to be licensed pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code '33-25A-1 et seq.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''33-25A-3, 12, 15, 20 and 22.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 2, 1996.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 2, 1996.
