Section 114-21-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule sets forth the plan of operation of the West Virginia Essential Property Insurance Association.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 33-20A-3(b) and 3-2-10.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 13, 2006.

1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2006.
