Section 114-17-11 - Penalties for Violation

11.1. Penalties. -- Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this regulation or who commits any act which is determined to be in violation of any provision of this regulation shall, after Notice and Hearing, be subject to suspension and revocation of any license issued to it by the Insurance Commissioner, or shall forfeit a fine for each such act, or both.
