Section 113-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- The purpose of this rule is to establish criteria for certain individuals to obtain a premium subsidy with the West Virginia Health Insurance Plan.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 33-48-7b.

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 20, 2012.
