Section 110-37-16 - Advertising

16.1. A licensee may advertise its raffle occasions in a reasonable manner: Provided, That the advertisements shall include the name of the licensee holding the raffle occasion. However, a licensee may not hire or pay any person to de­velop or conduct an advertising campaign to promote any raffle occasion.
