Section 110-23-25 - Credit for consumers sales and service tax and use tax paid

The tax imposed by W. Va. Code '11-23-1 et seq., shall be subject to the credit set forth in W. Va. Code '11-15-9b and the credit set forth in W. Va. Code '11- 15A-3b. See Section 17a.3 of these regulations.
