Section 110-21D-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule is promulgated to provide for the general administration of the Residential Solar Energy Tax Credit, W. Va. Code § 11-13Z-1, et seq.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 11-13Z-1, et seq. and 11-10-5.

1.3. Filing Date. -- May 6, 2010.

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 11, 2010.
