Section 110-21-81 - General Procedure And Administration81.1. Each and every provision of the West Virginia Tax Procedure And Administration Act set forth under W. Va. Code '11-10-1 et sea. shall apply to the tax imposed pursuant to the West Virginia Personal Income Tax Act with like effect as if said Act were applicable only to the tax imposed by Article 21, Chapter 11 and were set forth in extenso in Article 21.W.
