Section 110-16A-10 - Violations

10.1. Violations of the provisions of this rule shall be subject to the penalties set forth in W. Va. Code § 47-20-1et seq., W. Va. Code § 47-1-1 et seq., or W. Va. Code § 47-23-1 et seq., as applicable.
