Section 110-13FF-4 - Consumers Sales Tax

The consumers sales tax on the donation or sale of a motor vehicle under this rule shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of 91 C.S.R. 9, Collection of Sales Tax on the Sale of a Vehicle.
