Section 110-10B-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This rule provides necessary direction relative to the payment by credit card or debit card of taxes administered by the State Tax Department.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 11-10-5 and 11-10-5n(e).
