The solid waste facility operator will not be held liable for solid waste assessment fees invoiced to the hauler which the hauler refuses to pay the fees assessed, supplies the Tax Commissioner with copies of the invoices showing the amount of solid waste dumped by the hauler, the amount of solid waste assessment fee due from the hauler, and the name and address of the hauler.
