Section 110-6A-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These legislative regulations explain and clarify West Virginia law as it relates to the administration of the solid waste assessment fee imposed by W. Va. Code '20-5F-5a.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code ''29A-3-1 et seq., 11-10-5 and 20-5F-5a(f).

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 2, 1990.

1.4. Effective Date. -- April 2, 1990.

1.5. Citation. -- These legislative regulations may be cited as 110 CSR 6A, '_____ (1988).
