Section 110-1C-5 - Rights To A Hearing

5.1. Who Has A Right To A Hearing. -- The taxpayer, Tax Commissioner and protestor may each appeal the assessor's decision on the value of personal property pursuant to the procedures provided in W. Va. Code '11-1A-1 et seq. and '11-1B-1 et seq.
