Section 107-06-1 - General

1.1 Scope - These regulations establish general rules oortaining to regular meetings, special meetings, and emergency meetings of the West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions.

1.3 Filing Date - These regulations are promulgated on the 5th of October, 1981, and filed on the 6th of October, in the Office of the Secretary of State.

1.4 Effective Date - These regulations become effective on the 6th of November, 1981.
