Section 10-2-3 - Examination for Licensure3.1. All applicants shall pass a United States national licensure examination prior to licensure.3.2. The board shall contract with the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. for use of the national licensure examination.3.3. The board shall use the national passing standard established by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. as the passing score for the licensure examination.
