Section 10-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule establishes the administrative requirements for development and maintenance of educational programs in practical nursing.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 30-7A-5.

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2010.
