Section 516-31-010 - Implementation of State Environmental Policy Act(1) It shall be the policy of Western Washington University that all actions taken by the university shall comply with the provisions of chapter 43.21C RCW (the State Environmental Policy Act) and chapter 197-11 WAC, as presently enacted or hereafter amended.(2) The president of Western Washington University shall be responsible for administering and implementing this policy. The president shall designate the university personnel who will be responsible for carrying out the duties and functions of the university as set forth or incorporated herein.Wash. Admin.
