Section 495E-120-180 - Reestablishment of academic standing

Students who have been suspended or expelled pursuant to this chapter and whose suspension or expulsion upon appeal is found to have been unwarranted shall be provided the opportunity to reestablish their academic and student standing to the extent possible within the abilities of the college, including an opportunity to retake examinations or otherwise complete course offerings missed by reason of such action.
