Section 495B-120-120 - Disciplinary process(1) Any infractions of college rules may be referred by any college faculty or staff member to the vice-president of student services or a designee. That official shall then follow the appropriate procedures for any disciplinary action that he or she deems necessary relative to the alleged misconduct. In addition, a student may appeal disciplinary action taken pursuant to the provisions in WAC 495B-120-180.(2) The disciplinary official may take whatever action deemed appropriate within the framework of the disciplinary rules as defined in WAC 495B-120-130. If the student concludes that any sanction imposed is inappropriate, the student may appeal the sanction pursuant to the provision in WAC 495B-120-180.Wash. Admin. Code § 495B-120-120
