Section 495B-120-010 - DefinitionsThe definitions set forth in this section apply throughout this chapter.
(1) "Board" means the board of trustees of Bellingham Technical College.(2) "College" means Bellingham Technical College.(3) "Alcohol" or "alcoholic beverages" means the definition of liquor as contained within RCW 66.04.010 as now law or hereinafter amended.(4) "Drugs" means a narcotic drug as defined in RCW 69.50.101, a controlled substance as defined in RCW 69.50.201 through 69.50.212, or a legend drug as defined in RCW 69.41.010.(5) "College facilities" includes all buildings, structures, grounds, office space and parking lots.(6) "President" means the chief executive officer of the college appointed by the board of trustees.(7) "Disciplinary officials" means the disciplinary committee as denominated in WAC 495B-120-170, the vice-president of student services, the vice-president of instruction, and the president.(8) "Student" means a person who is enrolled at the college.(9) "Disciplinary action" means the reprimand, disciplinary warning, probation, summary suspension, deferred suspension, suspension, or expulsion of a student under WAC 495B-120-120 for the violation of a rule adopted in this chapter.Wash.
